What it actually looks like

A paediatric meningitis case in bleep oncall, asking for the working diagnosis and immediate priority
A case, one decision at a time. You commit before you see whether you were right — and the explanation says why, not just which.
On-Call Mode: the STEMI pathway as a checklist with tickboxes and a progress bar
On-Call Mode at the bedside. The same pathway as a checklist you tick off, with the doses and the timings in front of you.
A VINDICATE differential for chest pain, with PE, aortic dissection and ACS flagged must-exclude
A differential you did not have to remember. Must-excludes pinned to the top, each with what rules it in or out.
A worked bleep scenario with the call transcript and an A to E assessment
The bleep, then the A–E. What you were told, what you find, and the differential that follows from it.
A background note on oesophageal rupture explaining what it is and why it gets missed
What it is, not just its name. Short notes on the conditions without a pathway yet — and the reason each one gets missed.
The ARCP logbook showing percentage ready, nation selection and an evidence checklist
ARCP evidence as you go. Mini-CEX, DOPS and the rest against your nation's requirements. Exports as a spreadsheet.

Why you can trust the numbers

Every calculator was checked row by row against its primary source by a practising doctor. That found a scoring bug, a renal calculation that read too favourably, and two wrong guideline citations — none of which look wrong on screen. Read what we found.
